Shipping Policy:

We need to outline our shipping processes. For now, we can say:

  • We currently ship only to Canada.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs: $9.99

  • Buy 2+ jars. Ship free.

Refund/Return Policy:

We stand behind every jar of Fat Fix we ship. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — no BS.

We’re a small, Canadian-made brand — your trust means everything.

  • If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it.

  • If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return or refund. (We may ask for the jar back if it’s unused, but if you truly hate it, we’ll take care of you.)

  • Limited or pre-launch drops may be final sale, but we’ll always aim to keep goodwill depending on the situation.

  • To start a return or refund, reach out to info@fullfatskinco.com and include your order number.
